It was established in October 31,2003,is registered to Guoxi Caodai village Ouhai Wenzhou(Jinzhou Industrial District).The main products: manufacture, processing and sales of furniture hardware accessories, shoes, clothing, lighters, glasses, such as import and export goods.

In 2006 the company started production base for foreign trade "Wenzhou companies clothing, footwear, hardware production line project", the project for the province, city, district key construction projects,   building area of 237,579 square meters, which is completed and all put into production use in 2008 .
